ARLINGTON, VA – The American Frozen Food Institute (AFFI) today announced that Adrienne Seiling has been named Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Head of Strategic Initiatives, expanding her role on the organization’s executive leadership team. Seiling most recently held the position of Senior Vice President of Industry Affairs and Member Services within AFFI.
In this role, Seiling will oversee AFFI’s core operations and lead the advancement of key organization priorities, including major revenue-driving functions such as events and membership. She will work closely with AFFI President and CEO Alison Bodor and the senior leadership team to strengthen alignment across the organization and support continued growth for the frozen food industry.

As COO and Head of Strategic Initiatives, Seiling will focus on translating AFFI’s strategic plan into action, ensuring organizational alignment, and overseeing key revenue-generating and member-focused programs. Her portfolio includes leadership of AFFI’s major events, membership engagement and growth, non-dues revenue initiatives, and cross-functional efforts spanning advocacy, research, communications, and industry affairs.
She will also play a central role in supporting AFFI’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee, helping to ensure strong governance and consistent progress against the organization’s long-term goals.

Seiling brings nearly 20 years of experience in association leadership, strategy, and operations, with a proven track record of leading multi-faceted initiatives and building high-performing teams. She previously served in senior leadership roles at AFFI, where she has been instrumental in expanding AFFI-CON, strengthening member engagement, and leading communications.
