Company Showcases & Semi-Private Tables

Company showcases and semi-private tables can be directly purchased in the Business Meeting Space Reservation system that is accessible through your registration confirmation email. 

Company Showcases

Formerly known as exhibit booths, showcases expand your company’s presence at the event by putting your products or services out on display in The Hub, located in the main ballroom during AFFI-CON 2024.

All Company Showcases Include:
  • 10ft.x10ft. space with a bistro table with four chairs, pipe and drape;
  • Company listing on the AFFI-CON website & in the on-site print program
  • Complimentary meeting space for meetings held on Tuesday (after the showcases close Monday evening)
  • Dedicated space to be used for product display or to host business meetings
  • Exposure to all AFFI-CON attendees during the Welcome Reception
Showcase Costs & Dates:
  • AFFI Member $2,500 (Available Saturday 2/24 to Monday 2/26/22)
  • Non-Member $4,000 (Available Saturday 2/24 to Monday 2/26/22)
Assignment of Space:

Space is available on a first come, first served basis. To reserve a showcase, one attendee from the company must first register for AFFI-CON. In the registration confirmation email there will be a link to the Business Meeting Space request system where the showcase can be purchased (follow system prompts to the third screen to see showcase options).  Once full payment is received, AFFI will assign you an available showcase by attempting to honor your preferred location indicated during purchase. AFFI reserves the right to relocate showcases onsite due to fire marshal regulations and failure to be set by show opening.

Giveaway Policy for Showcases:

Samples, catalogues, pamphlets, souvenirs, etc. may be distributed by exhibitors within their booth. Companies interested in conducting prize drawings, awards for signing of names, email addresses, etc. must submit their request in writing and receive written approval from AFFI prior to publishing advertisements for any giveaway or prize drawing.  Distribution of outside food and drink items requires the approval of the hotel and exhibitors should work with AFFI staff to obtain that approval ahead of time (additional fees may apply). Signs showing the price of prize items may not be displayed. Failure to meet these requirements will result in a forfeited prize drawing and/or showcase registration.

Semi-Private Tables

Located in or near The Hub, a semi-private table allows you to reserve dedicated meeting space for the event at our lowest rate. This package includes a 48” inch round table, four chairs, and a table-top sign with your company name and logo. Tables will be assigned alphabetically by company name and numbered accordingly to make it easy for attendees to navigate the room.
