AFFI-CON 101
Set yourself up for success at AFFI-CON by following these three steps:

Step 1: Secure Business Meeting Space
Registered attendees can reserve suites, meeting rooms, company showcases (exhibit booths), negotiation nooks or semi-private tables.
Important: You must be registered for AFFI-CON before requesting space.
Reserving meeting space: Purchase a company showcase (exhibit booth, negotiation nook or semi-private table). Request a private suite or meeting room. If you are completing the purchase/request for your company but not attending AFFI-CON, please contact info@affi.com.
How space is assigned: AFFI-CON private meeting rooms and suites are allocated using the Priority Point System approved by the AFFI-CON Committee. This transparent system prioritizes AFFI members and event sponsors to ensure fairness.
Deadline: Requests for suites and meeting rooms must be submitted by October 10, 2025.
Learn more: Visit the Meeting Spaces page for details and reminders on assignments and the Priority Point System.

Step 2: Build Your Business Meeting Schedule
Attendees begin scheduling months in advance - don’t wait!
- Log into the Online Attendee Directory to search for individuals and companies you want to meet with.
- Use filters to discover new contacts and connect.
- The directory is updated daily, making it your most reliable tool for building a full schedule of business meetings.
- Pro tip: Register your whole team early! Only registered attendees are included in the AFFI-CON Pre-Registration Lists.

Step 3: Make Your Hotel Reservation
Secure your room in the AFFI-CON block at the host hotel.
PRO TIP: Taking these steps early ensures you have the best meeting space, the strongest schedule, and guaranteed access to the host hotel.
