Expand your company’s presence in the frozen food and beverage industry by obtaining booth space in The Hub area during AFFI-CON 2022.

Exhibiting allows you to put your product directly in front of potential customers.  All exhibits are housed in “The Hub,” which is the center of conference activity located in the Landmark ballroom at the Hyatt Regency Dallas.

All booths include:

  • 10ft.x10ft. space with a bistro table with four chairs, pipe and drape;
  • One complimentary registration (additional registrations will be charged at the appropriate rate);
  • Company listing on the AFFI-CON website;
  • Virtual product showcase within the meetings scheduling platform.

Exhibit Costs

  • Early AFFI Member Exhibit Booth: $2,300 (before Nov. 29, 2021)
  • Late AFFI Member Exhibit Booth: $3,000
  • Early Non-member Exhibit Booth: $4,300 (before Nov. 29, 2021)
  • Late Non-member Exhibit Booth: $5,000

Assignment of Space:

Booth space is available on a first come, first served basis. AFFI will provide you with the most recent floor plan, and companies will designate their top three booth space choices. Once the form and full payment is received, AFFI will send a confirmation email with a booth number. AFFI reserves the right to relocate exhibitors onsite due to fire marshal regulations and failure to be set by show opening.

Giveaway Policy for Exhibitors:

Samples, catalogues, pamphlets, souvenirs, etc. may be distributed by exhibitors within their booth. Exhibitors interested in conducting prize drawings, awards for signing of names, email addresses, etc. must submit their request in writing and receive written approval from AFFI prior to publishing advertisements for any giveaway or prize drawing. Signs showing the price of prize items may not be displayed. Failure to meet these requirements will result in a forfeited prize drawing and/or exhibit registration.
