The Hyatt Regency Dallas serves as the official AFFI-CON 2022 hotel. A room block is available for registered AFFI-CON attendees only. Hotel reservations may be made online using the link included in your registration confirmation email. We perform regular audits of our room block and all unregistered AFFI-CON attendees that have a reservation in the hotel block will be removed

The AFFI-CON housing rate expires on January 27, 2022. Reservations received after this date will be accepted based on availability.
Housing Policy
The AFFI-CON housing policy states that any AFFI-CON attendee staying outside of the AFFI-CON 2022 block of rooms at The Hyatt Regency Dallas will be charged an additional $200 for their convention registration. Registrants with hotel reservations inside the official housing block who later cancel their hotel reservation will be invoiced an additional $200 for their registration fee. If for the housing block fills up, the housing policy will no longer stay in place.
The Hyatt Regency Dallas requires a credit card to guarantee reservations, as well as an arrival and departure date. Name changes will be accepted up to the arrival date. All hotel room changes, or alterations should be made directly with the hotel.
Please note that in order to have a reservation in the hotel room block, you must be registered for AFFI-CON and only one hotel reservation per registered attendee can be accommodated. AFFI monitors the hotel rooming list for duplicates and non-registered attendees, any of these individuals will be removed from the hotel housing block.
