Business Meetings

AFFI-CON meeting rooms and suites provide the ideal setting to meet with key contacts to achieve vital business deals.

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is home to all AFFI-CON events, meeting rooms and suites. Please note there are a limited number of meeting rooms and suites. All space is assigned per the AFFI-CON Council policy, which is based off a priority point system.  The priority point system uses the following criteria:

  • AFFI Membership Classification;
  • AFFI Member Marketing Program Participation
  • AFFI-CON Attendance at the Time of Assignment;
  • Years of AFFI Membership; and
  • Donations to the Frozen Food Foundation.

Assignments

Meeting rooms and suites will be assigned and confirmed via email in December 2019. If you are not assigned a meeting room or a suite, you will be notified by AFFI. Please note that the occupant of the suite or meeting room MUST be registered for AFFI-CON at the time of application.

Prime location and extra-large meeting room.

Exclusive: $650 per day (6 available)
Close to the Hub or in a prime/private location with more space.
Standard: $550 per day (12 available)

**Minimum of two-day purchase required for all meeting rooms.

Meeting Room Payment

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and should be paid directly to AFFI. Checks and credit cards are accepted.

Terrace Suite – $350 + tax

The Terrace Suite’s sliding glass doors open to an oversized private terrace with spectacular views, allowing fresh air and sunlight to pour into the spacious interior. The 910 sq. ft. suite has two large bathrooms, with a bubbler tub in the master bath. A sleek, modern kitchen features a Sub-Zero refrigerator/mini-bar, microwave, oven and stove, amenities not typically found in a luxury Las Vegas hotel room.

Reception Suite – $350 + tax

Reception suites are ideal for almost any type of gathering, from late-night social functions to early morning meetings. Each suite has 1,050 square feet of space with comfortable seating that can be easily configured and reconfigured. A large dining table is ideal for a private dinner or board meeting. The oversized kitchen area comes fully equipped, perfect for entertain friends or clients. A queen-size Murphy wall-bed with a drop-down bedside table and lamps seamlessly converts the reception suite to an elegant overnight space.

Wraparound Terrace Suite – $410 + tax

Glass doors open to an expansive wraparound private terrace allowing fresh air and sunlight to pour into the spacious interior.  With panoramic views of the Vegas skyline, the 1,200 sq. ft. Wraparound Terrace Suite boasts amenities not typically found in a luxury Las Vegas hotel room, including a sleek wet bar with a Sub-Zero wine chiller.

Two-Bedroom City Suite – $600 + tax

Spacious and modern, with floor-to-ceiling windows, this ultra-chic, urban-inspired suite is a haven of pure luxury in the heart of The Strip. Enjoy the best views Vegas has to offer from a plush living area and two uniquely styled bedrooms. The expansive master bedroom boasts a King-size bed while the secondary bedroom contains two queen-size beds. Each bedroom has its own luxurious bathroom, and a stylish powder room is situated off the central living area, perfect for entertaining guests.

With unexpected amenities and unique touches, the City Suite redefines the luxury experience.

Suite Payment

A credit card is required to reserve your suite. If credit card information is not received at the time of application a suite will NOT be assigned.

Once suites are assigned, the credit card on file will be used to charge one room night.

The remaining amount of the stay for the suite will be charged by the end of February 6, 2020, and is non-refundable. The length of the stay may not be shortened after that date, but may be lengthened on a space-available basis. Name changes will be accepted up to the arrival date.

Forms that are incomplete and do not have credit card information will not be assigned a meeting room or suite.
