AFFI members receive over a 50 percent discount on their registration rates compared to non-members for AFFI-CON 2022.

Included in your registration is access to the meeting scheduling platform and all on-site events except for:

  • Prearranged Networking Dallas Food Tour on Monday, 2/22/21 from 5-8 p.m. ($100/person)
  • AFFI-CON After Party at Reunion Tower on Monday, 2/22/21 from 8-11 p.m. ($75/person)
Both of these events can be added to your event experience at the end of the registration process. 

Group Registration for companies bringing 3 or more individuals to the event is available by emailing events@affi.com

Registration Policies

  • Registrations without full payment will not be processed.
  • Only registered attendees may attend conference activities and book a hotel room within Hyatt Regency Dallas room block.
  • Only registered attendees are eligible to participate in business meetings. Registered attendees are STRONGLY encouraged to decline meetings with any individuals who are not registered attendees.
  • AFFI reserves the right to invoice companies or individuals who are not registered and seen conducting business meetings within Hyatt Regency Dallas.
  • This event is intended for COVID-19 vaccinated individuals. Please refer to our health & safety page for more information.

Cancellation/ Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend AFFI CON 2022 in person you are allowed to transfer your registration to another person from your company OR you may conduct your business meetings virtually through the same platform that you will use for building and managing your schedule. AFFI will not refund your registration if you are unable to attend.

COVID-19 Policy

We can’t wait to be back in person with everyone at AFFI-CON 2022. Our goal is to create the healthiest environment for all attendees, staff, and vendors. AFFI-CON 2022 is intended for vaccinated individuals. AFFI will comply with the latest guidance on best practices for health and safety provided by the CDC and other relevant government and health agencies. There will be two rate categories for AFFI members and non-members as detailed in the chart above. Please note that the rates change based on the total number of registrants for the event. When registration opens AFFI member companies will pay $500/registrant and non-member companies will pay $750/registrant. Once there are 300 total registrants, the late rate will be in effect ($600 for members, $800 for non-members). So mark your calendars for November 16 at 2 p.m. EST to be sure you get the best rate on the frozen food business event of the year!
