Company Showcases
Available from Saturday, Feb. 21, to Monday, Feb. 23.
Company Showcases expand your company’s presence at the event by displaying your products or services in The Hub, located in the Harbor Ballroom. This reserved 10×10 meeting space allows you to promote your company with booth signage and host meetings. The showcase will have one 30” round table, four chairs, and complimentary basic Wi-Fi. The Hub also offers a central hospitality station featuring water, coffee, and snacks throughout the day.

Giveaway Policy for Showcases
Samples, catalogues, pamphlets, souvenirs, etc. may be distributed by Company Showcases within their booth. Companies interested in conducting prize drawings, awards for signing of names, email addresses, etc. must submit their request in writing and receive written approval from AFFI prior to publishing advertisements for any giveaway or prize drawing. Distribution of outside food and drink items requires the approval of the hotel and Company Showcases should work with AFFI staff to obtain that approval ahead of time (additional fees may apply). Signs showing the price of prize items may not be displayed. Failure to meet these requirements will result in a forfeited prize drawing and/or showcase registration.
Display materials should be arranged in such a manner so as not to obstruct sight lines of neighboring exhibitors and follow the IAEE Guidelines for Display Rules and Regulations. AFFI reserves the right to reposition display materials if an obstruction is brought to our attention. Aisles must be kept clear from display materials. Negotiation Nooks
Available from Saturday, Feb. 21 to Tuesday, Feb. 24
A dedicated reserved 10×16 space with four privacy curtains is located adjacent to The Hub. This space offers a 6-foot rectangle table, six chairs, communal charging stations and complimentary basic Wi-Fi. We encourage you to brand inside your space with banners/company signage. All display materials should be arranged in such a manner so as not to obstruct sight lines of neighboring exhibitors. Aisles must be kept clear from display materials. This location will include a central hospitality station featuring water, coffee, and snacks throughout the day.

Semi-Private Tables
Available from Saturday, Feb. 21, to Tuesday, Feb, 24.
Located in the foyer, steps outside of The Hub, these reserved tables provide a dedicated meeting space at our lowest rate. This space provides a 66” round table, six chairs, a tabletop sign, communal charging stations, and complimentary basic Wi-Fi. We encourage you to brand the space with a custom tablecloth. Pop-up banners are not permitted in this space due to fire code regulations.

Assignment of Space:
Space is available on a first come, first served basis. To reserve a Company Showcase, Negotiation Nook or Semi-Private Table, you must first register for AFFI-CON. All reserved meeting spaces can be directly purchased in the Business Meeting Space Reservation system that is accessible through the AFFI-CON 101 page. During your purchase, you will review the available space options and select your reserved space.
AFFI reserves the right to relocate Showcases, Nooks and Semi-Private Tables onsite due to fire marshal regulations and failure to be set by show opening.
All Company Showcases Include:
- 10ft.x10ft. space with a round table with four chairs, pipe and drape
- Company listing on the AFFI-CON website & in the on-site print program
- Additional complimentary round table with four chairs to be used to host meetings on Tuesday until 3 pm (after the showcases close Monday evening)
- Dedicated space to be used for product display or to host business meetings
- Exposure to all AFFI-CON attendees during the Welcome Reception

Assignment of Space:
Space is available on a first come, first served basis. To reserve a showcase, one attendee from the company must first register for AFFI-CON. Company Showcases can be directly purchased in the Business Meeting Space Reservation system that is accessible through your registration confirmation email or in the AFFI-CON Store on the Attendee Portal. During your purchase, you will review the available booth space and select your booth number.
AFFI reserves the right to relocate showcases onsite due to fire marshal regulations and failure to be set by show opening.
