Suites & Meeting Rooms
Companies can request all meeting space options in the Business Meeting Space Reservation system, which is accessible through your registration confirmation email or in AFFI-CON Portal. Suites and meeting rooms will be assigned by AFFI and confirmed via e-mail by October 30, 2024. Requests received for suites or meeting rooms after the October 18 request deadline will be placed on a waitlist.
Executive King Suite
$364 plus taxes per night and a one-time fee of $150 for furniture removal

If your reservation request is accepted, payment is due upon receipt of the digital invoice that will be shared via e-mail. Checks and credit cards are accepted. All meeting rooms must be paid by December 13, 2024, or your meeting room may be reassigned.
