The Manchester Grand Hyatt is home to all AFFI-CON events, meeting rooms, suites, Company Showcases, Negotiation Nooks, and Semi-Private Tables. You can explore the details of each of these spaces below.
The deadline to request private hotel meeting rooms and suites was October 10, 2025. Please contact events@affi.com to be placed on the waitlist. All meeting rooms and suites are assigned per the AFFI-CON Council policy.

Suites
All suites have been recently renovated and offer a fully private space to conduct your meetings. Nightly rates range from $475 to $925 per night, plus taxes. All suites offer a private living space with dining and seating areas, to be used as your meeting area, and a separate bedroom. Each suite offers a dedicated entry to the living space. Wi-Fi is available through your room reservation. Catering can be arranged in the suite for an additional charge. Signage is not permitted in the guest room hallways.

*This is a converted guest room. The bed will be replaced with a meeting area, and a separate room will be reserved for overnight accommodations. There is a $250 one-time taxable fee to remove the bed from the Corner King room and replace it with a round table for 6-8 people.
Executive King Suite
$364 plus taxes per night and a one-time fee of $150 for furniture removal
This is a converted guest room. The bed will be replaced with the meeting space setup pictured, and a separate room will be reserved for overnight accommodations.
Standard Guest Room Suite
$544 plus taxes per night, and a one-time fee of $150 for furniture removal

Meeting Rooms
Fully private spaces are located throughout the hotel. Daily rental rates range from $750 to $1,050 with a minimum three-day rental. Additional days are subject to availability. Each meeting room has a complimentary setup of one conference-style seating and ten chairs, a complimentary water station inside the room, and basic Wi-Fi access. Catering can be arranged for an additional charge, and signage is permitted outside your meeting room door. Outside food and beverages are not permitted in Meeting Rooms.

If your reservation request is accepted, payment is due upon receipt of the digital invoice that will be shared via email. Checks and credit cards are accepted. All meeting rooms must be paid by December 13, 2025, or your meeting room may be reassigned.
Tier 1
Tier 1 meeting rooms are in the Marina Courtyard or on Floors 4-33 of the hotel and offer a premium view with floor-to-ceiling windows, the majority with harbor water views. Meeting rooms range in size from 450 to 1,500 square feet and can accommodate a minimum of 18 people.

Tier 3
Tier 3 rooms are located on Floor 3 of the hotel and are interior rooms without natural light in the room or foyer space. These offer an excellent economic solution to those wanting a larger space for private meetings. These rooms average 675 square feet and can accommodate a minimum of 18 people.
