Registered attendees can choose from private suites or meeting rooms. Explore each option below.
Suites
Suites provide a fully private and comfortable setting for hosting meetings. Nightly rates range from $624 to $925, plus applicable taxes.
Each suite includes:
- A private living room with seating that can serve as your meeting area
- A separate bedroom and bathroom
- A dedicated entrance to the meeting space
- Wi-Fi included with the suite reservation
- Optional in-suite catering for an additional charge
Signage is not permitted in guest room hallways and will be removed by the hotel. Companies interested in branding their suite door should contact AFFI for available options and pricing.

Meeting Rooms
AFFI-CON offers three meeting room tiers to accommodate a variety of meeting needs and budgets. Tier 1 and Tier 2 rooms are available exclusively to AFFI Members and provide private, traditional meeting environments, while Tier 3 offers economical, private draped spaces for up to six people and is available to both AFFI Members and Non-Members.
Catering may be arranged in the meeting rooms through the hotel for an additional charge. Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the meeting rooms.
Tier 1 – Premium Meeting Rooms

If your reservation request is accepted, payment is due upon receipt of the digital invoice that will be shared via email. Checks and credit cards are accepted. All meeting rooms must be paid by December 11, 2026, or your meeting room may be reassigned.
Tier 1 Premium Meeting Rooms
Available exclusively to AFFI Members, Tier 1 meeting rooms are located in the hotel’s guest room towers near the elevator landings and feature premium views with floor-to-ceiling windows. Rooms are approximately 500 square feet and can accommodate up to 18 people. Due to the room layout, the boardroom-style setup must remain in place.
Each meeting room includes:
- One boardroom-style seating arrangement for up to 12 people
- A complimentary water station
- Basic Wi-Fi access
- Space for signage outside the meeting room, provided it does not obstruct doors, exits, or walkways
Rental Period
- 3 days – Saturday to Monday
- Additional rental days may be available upon request

Tier 2 Interior Meeting Rooms
Available exclusively to AFFI Members, Tier 2 meeting rooms are located on the third and fourth floors of the hotel’s conference space. These interior rooms range from approximately 675 to 750 square feet and accommodate at least 18 people.
Each meeting room includes:
- One boardroom-style seating arrangement for up to 12 people
- A complimentary water station
- Basic Wi-Fi access
- Space for signage outside the meeting room, provided it does not obstruct doors, exits, or walkways
Rental Period
- 3 days – Saturday to Monday
- Additional rental days may be available upon request

Tier 3 Private Draped Meeting Spaces
Available to both AFFI Members and Non-Members, Tier 3 spaces are private, draped meeting spaces located in the Florida Ballroom near The Hub. Formerly known as Negotiation Nooks, these spaces offer seating for up to six people and provide an economical option for companies seeking greater privacy and more room than a Semi-Private Table. Guests also have access to shared charging stations and light hospitality.
Each meeting room includes:
- One 10×16 draped space in the Florida Ballroom
- Seating arrangement for up to 6 people
- Basic Wi-Fi access
- Floor decal with your company name and space number
- Space for signage outside the meeting room, provided it does not obstruct doors, exits, or walkways
- Shared access to charging stations and light hospitality
Rental Period
- 4 days – Saturday to Tuesday
- Setup access is available on Saturday morning
- Space is extended to allow access through Tuesday morning complimentary
