Sanitation and GMPs for COVID-19

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted many industries, including food processing. Given that the frozen food industry has been designated as critical infrastructure and our employees as an essential workforce, it is critical to ensure worker safety and food safety as we all strive towards business continuity. During this webinar, speakers will discuss important sanitation and good manufacturing practices that are being used in food processing facilities to implement COVID-19 mitigation. As we deal with this new coronavirus, new information and new science continues to evolve and mitigation strategies develop. This webinar is a great opportunity for all facets of manufacturing operations to learn, ask questions, and be prepared as they serve their essential functions during this on-going crisis.
