Webinar Series: Good Manufacturing Processes

Description: Proper implementation of good manufacturing practices (GMPs) is critical to control of Listeria monocytogenes (Lm) in frozen food facilities. Listen to industry experts discuss approaches to implementing effective GMPs and supporting programs to ensure hygienic production of frozen foods. Specifically, the webinar will cover the importance of personnel training, internal audits and inspections, and the oft neglected role of clothing and footwear in cross contamination events.

Time: 60 minutes
