Shelly Maniscalco, Founder and President, Nutrition On Demand

Maniscalco, MPH, RDN, has 20 plus years of experience working on nutrition science and communications. She began her career in DC in corporate wellness, moving to the National Academies to work on the Dietary Reference Intakes. Her next endeavor focused on conducting health professional- and consumer-research and incorporating findings into communications on a variety of nutrition topics at the International Food Information Council. Immediately before creating Nutrition On Demand, Shelley led communications for the 2015-2020 Dietary Guidelines for Americans and MyPlate at USDA’s Center for Nutrition Policy and Promotion and built the USDA/CNPP Nutrition Communicators Network partnership program from the ground up.

John Veltri, Product Manager, E-Commerce Insights

John leads Product Management for E-Commerce Insights at Label Insight. John has spent the last 8 years helping Brands & Retailers use insights and data to inform new product development, brand innovation, and e-commerce strategy. He’s passionate about empowering others to live healthier, happier lives, and has worked to bring technology products to market, helping brands like Purina, Conagra, Nielsen, IRI, and others use data to uncover trends and generate new revenue.

Andrew Mandzy, Sr. Acct Executive, CPG Practice

Andrew is an experienced CPG veteran and industry speaker, who today helps lead the Enterprise CPG Sales Practice at Label Insight. Previous to joining Label Insight, Andrew spent almost 15 years working in key client-facing roles at both Nielsen and Oracle Data Cloud, where he focused on delivering actionable consumer insights, activating efficient marketing programs, and building data-driven strategies for his clients.
