Webinar Series: Sanitation

Description: Cleaning and sanitation is an essential component of a facility’s food safety program which is aimed at reducing risks associated with Listeria monocytogenes. Experts from the industry will outline the key principles of routine and non-routine procedures that form the basis of a systematic sanitation program.  Specifically, they will provide the functional elements of these procedures including documentation and management of vaarious sanitation activities.

Time: 60 minutes

Audience: AFFI members, food safety experts, sanitors, QA, etc.

Key Learning Objectives: Attendees will be able to review, compare, and assess their existing sanitation programs to target Listeria monocytogenes. They will also be able to refine their sanitation schedules and programs to be aligned with best sanitation practices.
