Description: Cleaning and sanitation is an essential component of a facility’s food safety program which is aimed at reducing risks associated with Listeria monocytogenes. Experts from the industry will outline the key principles of routine and non-routine procedures that form the basis of a systematic sanitation program. Specifically, they will provide the functional elements of these procedures including documentation and management of vaarious sanitation activities.
