Webinar Series: Environmental Monitoring

Description: AFFI’s food safety working group outlined a list of common reasons attributed to positive Listeria spp. or Listeria monocytogenes findings in the environment or foods. This is an interactive session targeted towards identifying and discussing the specific circumstances that may have led to these findings. Guided by AFFI staff, participants will be able to share and analyze experiences, case studies, and potential steps to understand and prevent future issues.

Time: 30 minutes

Audience: AFFI members, food safety experts, sanitors, QA, etc.

Key Learning Objectives: Learn industry experiences and viewpoints on the prevalence Lm in their facilities and discuss potential common themes and reasons for these findings. Share your own experiences.
