Whole Genome Sequencing in the Industry – Case Studies

Industry is slowly uncovering whole genome sequencing capabilities even as it is regularly impacted by its increasing use for food safety purposes. Three disparate food categories—Fresh Produce, Meat and Seafood—will provide the role WGS has played in their industry.  From routine monitoring and root cause analysis to prevalence science and quality and spoilage, next generation sequencing and WGS data are driving new and innovative research approaches. During this webinar, representatives will share their insights and provide an outlook of things to come in their industries. Specifically, each industry will tackle a case-study involving the use of WGS for food safety management and quality development.
