COOL LEADERS: Unlock Your Leadership Potential in the Frozen Food Industry!
Creating Opportunities for Outstanding Leaders (COOL) continues to grow as one of AFFI’s most impactful leadership development initiatives. Through the support of our partners, AFFI has successfully launched and executed this leadership program designed to support emerging professionals across the frozen food industry.
This program is a paid membership benefit and provides structured leadership development, industry education, and peer collaboration opportunities for participants representing companies across the frozen supply chain. Through a series of virtual sessions and an in-person experience at the Government Action Summit, participants build leadership skills while expanding their industry network.
