Creating Opportunities for Outstanding Leaders (COOL) is a neuroscience-based leadership development series combining immersive learning, coaching, reflection, and practical application.
In 2027, AFFI is offering two cohort options
- LaunchPad Lead: for leaders who are new to COOL and want to build a strong foundation in the program’s core leadership concepts and tools.
- Mission Control: for leaders who have already completed the foundational COOL programming and are ready to continue developing and applying those skills at a deeper level.
A foundational experience designed to assist leaders in expanding the necessary skills and mind-set to succeed in their roles and lead with purpose and intention.
