2024 American Frozen Food Institute (AFFI) & FMI - The Food Industry Association - Sponsorship Terms & Conditions
AFFI and FMI have jointly instituted the following policies for sponsorship opportunities at Frozen IQ 2024. The sponsor agrees that these policies are considered binding and agrees to adhere to these policies in order to secure a sponsorship. Upon submitting this sponsorship application and contract to AFFI & FMI, the sponsor agrees to comply with the following terms and conditions from the date of their application to December 31, 2024.

Sponsorship Recognition Levels:

Sponsorship recognition levels are clearly outlined in the sponsorship prospectus posted on the Frozen IQ website at


AFFI – the American Frozen Food Institute, which owns, produces and manages the program and controls the sponsorship in partnership with FMI.

FMI – The Food Industry Association, which owns, produces and manages the program and controls the sponsorship in partnership with AFFI.

Confirmed Sponsors – Sponsors who have completed this application, agreed to the terms, been invoiced by AFFI and made payment in full of the invoice.

Additional Terms:
  • Confirmed sponsors will have a AFFI or FMI designated representative to work with to fulfill their sponsorship.
  • Sponsor agrees to pay the full cost of the sponsorship by Friday, May 3, 2024. Sponsorship recognition will begin when the invoice is issued indicating AFFI and FMI's acceptance of the sponsor's application. If the sponsorship invoice remains unpaid after the deadline, the sponsorship option may be cancelled at AFFI and FMI's discretion.
  • No sponsorship monies will be refunded.
  • The cost of individual sponsorship opportunities cannot be shared or split between companies.
  • AFFI and FMI reserve the right to modify, at their discretion, any sponsorship benefit at any time but will always seek to fulfill the sponsorship as outlined to the best of their ability.
  • The sponsor is responsible for adhering to any written deadlines to complete fulfillment of their sponsorship.
  • Unless expressly authorized by AFFI and FMI the sponsor's creative input on the event will only apply to the content of their specific deliverables, which must be approved by AFFI and FMI. If for some reason a creative input as designed by the sponsor is not approved, they will be allowed to remedy and re-submit it. For all ads and branded items, AFFI and FMI will provide the sponsor with a final proof for approval. If the sponsor fails to reply in a timely manner and a print or ship deadline must be met, the sponsor authorizes AFFI and FMI to approve the proof into production on their behalf.
  • Each sponsor agrees to submit their company logo to AFFI and FMI at the time of commitment. Preferred file format is 3" x 3" EPS, JPEG, & PNG files. Logos can only contain one company name unless approved by AFFI and FMI. If a new logo is submitted to AFFI and FMI after the original one is received, they will try to update all non-printed materials as quickly as possible. If the sponsorship is a branded item, print material or signage that is already in production, the logo will not be able to be updated.
