AFFI is launching the Fruit & Vegetable Advisory Council, a new leadership pathway designed to elevate the voice of frozen fruit, vegetable, and grain processors within AFFI’s strategic priorities.

This is your opportunity to influence industry direction, strengthen executive connections, and build a clear runway to deeper AFFI leadership engagement.

Who Should Apply?

Any individual from an AFFI processor member company is eligible to apply.

Ideal candidates:

  • Senior-level leaders
  • Strategic thinkers with a strong pulse on the frozen fruit, vegetable, and grain sector
  • Individuals interested in leadership development and deeper engagement with AFFI

This council is intentionally designed to cultivate future industry leaders and strengthen representation from the fruit and vegetable sector.

Purpose & Impact

The Fruit & Vegetable Advisory Council will:

  • Provide information and strategic recommendations to the AFFI Board of Directors
  • Advise on AFFI priorities that uniquely impact frozen fruits, vegetables, and grains
  • Elevate emerging issues and opportunities specific to this segment
  • Strengthen alignment between AFFI initiatives and processor needs

The Chair and Vice Chair will formally present council recommendations to the full AFFI Board of Directors to ensure your insights directly inform association strategy.

Meeting Frequency

To maximize accessibility while maintaining impact, the council will meet:

  • Hybrid meeting during AFFI-CON
  • Hybrid meeting during Government Action Summit
