AFFI’s LIVE Leadership Forum provides
Group Coaching & Peer Support for leaders like you!
To complement AFFI’s many Member programs, the Association launched a new Leadership Forum peer advisory group in early 2020. AFFI’s LIVE Leadership Forum now consists of several highly motivated individuals who share a common goal to improve their leadership skills and individual performance. They also want to learn from and in return help their fellow group members improve.
AFFI’s Leadership Forums have a maximum of 12 group Members to create a more intimate and collaborative learning environment. Unlike AFFI’s other educational programs, these Leadership Forums also balance facilitated learning with interactive group discussion and peer support. Each Leadership Forum Member typically has specific goals and longer-term strategic objectives he or she wants to achieve. Forum Members also focus on some of the following leadership topics during group meetings:
- Delegation & accountability
- Decision-making
- Feedback
- Performance management
- Continuous improvement
- Effective communication
- Conflict management
- Time/priority management
- Family business
Program Format
- In-person group forum sessions 3x per year at major Association events like AFFI-CON & AFFI’s
Leadership Conference or separate easy travel-in/out cities - Individual coaching & virtual check-in calls between in-person group forums
- Additional 1:1 coaching for any LIVE Leadership Forum member as requested
Program Fees
$4,500 per Member per year
Additional expenses related to attending any in-person meetings to be paid by each Member

About Our LIVE Leadership Forum Group Leader
