Woman of the Year AFFI established this award in 2022 to provide visible support and recognition to an outstanding woman in the frozen food industry. The Woman of the Year Award will be given annually during 2025 AFFI-CON. Nominee Qualifications The nominee exemplifies the true characteristics of a leader with passion for the frozen food industry. She is a visionary who is an inspiration to others both within her community and workplace, while distinguishing herself from her peers. Nominees from all segments of the frozen food industry are welcome: manufacturers to suppliers. Nominees must have a minimum of 7 years of work experience in the frozen food industry.
