Green Giant® Veggie Spirals Asian Stir-Fry
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
- 1 package Green Giant® Riced Veggies Cauliflower
- 2 packages frozen Green Giant Veggie Spirals® Zucchini
- 1 ½ cups cooked chicken, diced
Dressing:
- 1 small yellow pepper, diced
- 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup sliced green onions
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 ½ tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 ½ tablespoons diced fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons Asian sweet sauce
Garnish:
- 2 tablespoons chopped basil
Directions
- Wash hands with soap and water.
- Cook Green Giant® Riced Veggies Cauliflower in microwave oven, according to package directions. Set aside.
- In small bowl whisk together rice vinegar, sliced onions, honey, soy sauce, ginger and sweet sauce. Set aside.
- In large skillet over medium heat, cook Green Giant Veggie Spirals® Zucchini according to package cooking directions. Remove from heat and drain; return spirals to skillet. Add pepper and chicken; continue to warm over low heat. When ready to serve, stir in cooked Green Giant® Riced Veggies Cauliflower.
- Top with rice vinegar dressing and stir gently to combine over low heat. Top with basil before serving.
Frozen Sweet Potato and Prosciutto Pizza
Serves 2 - 4
Ingredients
- 1 Home Run Inn frozen cheese pizza
- 1 ½ cups frozen sweet potatoes
- 1-ounce packaged prosciutto, chopped
- ¼ cup mixed fresh mint and basil, chopped
Directions
- Wash hands with soap and water.
- Preheat oven to 450 F.
- Cook frozen sweet potatoes in microwave oven, according to package directions.
- Remove to cutting board, cool slightly, and cut large chunks in half.
- Place frozen pizza on baking pan. Cover pizza evenly with sweet potatoes. Add prosciutto pieces evenly across pizza, on top of sweet potatoes.
- Sprinkle pizza evenly with mixed herbs.
- Place pizza in hot oven. Bake 15-20 minutes; cool before serving.
Frozen Peach Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 cups Wawona frozen peaches
- 1 banana
- ¾ cup low fat milk
- 2 cups fresh spinach, washed under cold running water
Directions
- Wash hands with soap and water.
- Combine all ingredients in blender. Puree until smooth.
- Garnish with peach slice before serving, if desired.
Frozen Mixed Berry Smoothie
Makes 3 large or 4 smaller smoothies
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries
- ¾ cup almond milk, or other favorite milk
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 piece ginger, 1 ½ - 2 inches, peeled and cut into large slices
- 1 lime, juiced
Directions
- Wash hands with soap and water.
- Combine all ingredients in blender. Puree until smooth.
- Garnish with mint leaf before serving, if desired.
