Breakfast and Issue Briefing
Join us for a morning of insightful discussions and valuable updates.
Our featured speaker, journalist Mark Halperin, will provide an engaging overview of the current political landscape and the intersection of media and policy.
Following Mark’s presentation, members of Congress, including SHOPP Act sponsor Mark Alford (R-MO-04), will provide a state of Washington, legislative outlook and speak to opportunities for frozen to harness the power of advocacy.
Elissa Gilliam, AFFI’s chief lobbyist, will present the State of Frozen and AFFI Issue Briefing. Elissa will give attendees a comprehensive overview of the key issues we’ll be addressing during our Capitol Hill visits, along with an in-depth look at the topics AFFI will be advocating for on the Hill. The event will conclude with a group photo before grab-and-go lunches and Hill meetings.
This session is a must-attend for those preparing for impactful advocacy on Capitol Hill.
