The system will send you a verification e-mail that you will need to reference and click on the link to verify your profile before you can register. ALL ATTENDEES MUST COMPLETE THIS STEP TO REGISTER FOR THE EVENT.

Registration Policies

  • Registrations without full payment will not be processed.
  • By registering for event, all attendees agree to be bound by the AFFI-CON Terms, Conditions & Code of Conduct Policy. Please review the policy here
  • Only registered attendees may attend conference activities and book a hotel room within the Hyatt Regency Dallas room block.
  • Only registered attendees are eligible to participate in business meetings. Registered attendees are STRONGLY encouraged to decline meetings with any individuals who are not registered attendees.
  • AFFI reserves the right to invoice companies or individuals who are not registered and seen conducting business meetings within the Hyatt Regency Dallas.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Full refunds for AFFI-CON 2025 registration are available until December 31, 2024. After that date no refunds will be given. If you are unable to attend AFFI-CON 2025 in person you are allowed to transfer your registration to another person from your company free of charge by emailing events@affi.com prior to the start of the event.
