During the registration process you also have the opportunity to add on the Importer Regulatory Compliance and Fundamental Food Safety Training pre-conference workshop ($795/person) and our brand new Sunday night networking event – Dueling Piano Bash ($100/person). 

NEW THIS YEAR: To request business meeting space at AFFI-CON you will follow a link in your registration confirmation email to a separate system where you can request meeting rooms and suites – there is no paper form. 

Group registration is available to all companies within the main registration system to allow one individual to register and pay for all attendees at once. Once you finish the first person’s registration, you will simply select “Register another person” and proceed through the system until all your attendees are registered.

Registration Policies

  • Registrations without full payment will not be processed.
  • Only registered attendees may attend conference activities and book a hotel room within the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego room block.
  • Only registered attendees are eligible to participate in business meetings. Registered attendees are STRONGLY encouraged to decline meetings with any individuals who are not registered attendees.
  • AFFI reserves the right to invoice companies or individuals who are not registered and seen conducting business meetings within Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego.

Cancellation/ Refund Policy

Full refunds for AFFI-CON 2023 registration are available until December 31, 2022. After that date no refunds will be given. If you are unable to attend AFFI-CON 2023 in person you are allowed to transfer your registration to another person from your company free of charge by emailing events@affi.com prior to the start of the event.

AFFI-CON 2022 is intended for vaccinated individuals. AFFI will comply with the latest guidance on best practices for health and safety provided by the CDC and other relevant government and health agencies. Cancellation/ Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend AFFI CON 2022 in person you are allowed to transfer your registration to another from your company. AFFI will not refund your registration if you are unable to attend.

Main Registration – Opens November 16, 2020 at 2 p.m. EST

There will be two rate categories for AFFI members and non-members as detailed in the chart above. Please note that the rates change based on the total number of registrants for the event. When registration opens AFFI member companies will pay $500/registrant and non-member companies will pay $750/registrant. Once there are 300 total registrants, the late rate will be in effect ($600 for members, $800 for non-members). So mark your calendars for November 16 at 2 p.m. EST to be sure you get the best rate on the frozen food business event of the year!
