Registration Policies

  • Registrations without full payment will not be processed.  
  • Only registered attendees may attend convention activities and book a hotel room within The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas room block.
  • Only registered attendees are eligible to participate in business meetings. Registered attendees are STRONGLY encouraged to decline meetings with any individuals who are not registered attendees.
  • AFFI reserves the right to invoice companies or individuals who are not registered and seen conducting business meetings within The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations on convention registrations made prior to Jan. 10, 2020, will be assessed a service charge of $50 per registrant. Registration may be transferred at no additional fee. To cancel or transfer registrations, please contact AFFI’s events department at events@affi.com.

No refunds will be made after Jan. 11, 2020.
